This is the data-controller disclosure required under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). The authoritative version is Turkish; this is an English summary.

Summary

Data controller: Stone Pit Sons Software Ltd. Şti. (kuruluş aşamasında) (İstanbul, Türkiye). We process identity/contact, gameplay, security (IP, device, logs) and cookie data to run the game, rankings, anti-cheat, security, analytics and legal compliance.

If you play with just a username, your account is anonymous: no email or password, only your username and a random account id. When it is created, and when you ask for an email sign-in link, Cloudflare Turnstile may check that you are not a bot. Your finished runs may be shown to other players as a labelled ghost opponent with your username. The service is for ages 13 and up.

Legal bases: contract, legitimate interest, explicit consent (analytics/cookies) and legal obligation. You have rights under KVKK Art. 11 (access, rectification, erasure, objection).
